yellow fever innoculations

have changed our minds about being vaccinated for yellow fever.

we've now had the injections and our vist to paraguay is back on.

we hope the side affects aren't too bad, should be over them within ten days.

Hi mum and dad,

The great local restaurant in BA is El Obrero – this was one of our BA highlights – a fantastic local restaurant in La Boca, but outside the ‘touristy’ bit of La Boca, in the middle of no where. Has been there for decades and the walls are lined with football history. This place is off the beaten track and was recommended by our Argentinean B&B owner. Great for lunch, and then do the La Boca ‘tango’ area with brightly coloured houses – and/or the football stadium. Address is Agustin R. Caffarena 64. Hope you get a chance to enjoy!

Hi John and Rose,
Hope you've arrived safe and sound, looking forward to hearing from you. I didn't know about the yellow fever jabs! Sounds nasty. I love your little profile picture, by the way -- it's very cute. Not a lot going on back home; have forwarded the blog address to Paul so you'll probably get regular updates on his golf scores.

Take care,
Mandie

Hi mum and dad,

Hope you made it safe and sound! Look forward to your first blog entry to hear all about your accomodation etc. We are back from Provence and had a fab time - saw some great beach towns (St Tropez and Monacco), hill top villiages, cute little shops, lots of great restaurants and wine, roman ruins etc. Awesome little area.

Hopefully hear from you soon.
